    1. SERVICES


    1.1 Our services deliver codes and information. iPhones get unlocked from the network database (no need for code).


    1.2  Services that provide with codes can be divided in 2 categories:


    (A) Factory Codes - This is a services that provides you with all the codes available from your phones factory (Samsung, HTC, Blackberry, Sony, etc), this is the basic service for all brands except iPhone.


    (B) Network Codes - These codes come from your provider/carrier/network database (Orange, AT&T, Vodafone, etc). These codes are available for ALL MODELS EXCEPT iPHONE.


    1.3 In some cases you need these codes because the providers will change the phone unlock code and the (A) Factory Codes won't work. The Network Codes are your alternative solution to unlock your phone if codes from (A) don't work.


    1.4 If (A) is available for your phone model you need to try all the possible services until you get a result. If you didn't get any result with (A) then you can move on and search for a (B) alternative if you have one available. Make sure that you try all the (A) services available for your model and only use (B) if you get refund on all your attemts. Keep in mind that if you use (B) services before using (A) services there are high chances that your codes don't work and we can't refund you.


    1.5 Services that provide with information - When you use these services you will receive text with information about your device (iPhone GSX, Checkmend, iCloud Account name, etc). These services will not make any changes to your phone but having all the information about your device is the most important factor in unlocking your phone.


    1.6 Services that unlock phones from database - These services are used for iPhones and you don't need a code to unlock your phone. Once we have positive answer from our supplier your phone will change the status from locked to unlocked remotely. Before you can use any SIM Card you desire you need to restore your phone to iTunnes.


    1.7 If your phone shows on the iPhone GSX report the status "UNLOCKED" your phone is unlocked and you will be charged, it is your obligation to check the status and the network before you make a request.


    **IMPORTANT NOTE** If you request on any iPhone services your phone will get UNLOCKED and you can use any SIM card you want, if your phone is blocked in iCloud menu the UNLOCK SERVICE will not help you bypass iCloud menu.


    2. ORDERING


    2.1 The majority of services need the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) to make a request or in some cases you need MEID (mobile equipment identifier) or SERIAL NUMBER.


    2.2 You can find your phone IMEI with this code: *#06#. Some models have the IMEI/MEID/SERIAL NUMBER on the sticker behind the phone battery.


    2.3 When you order on www.onlinegsm.com it is your responsibility to check for this information to be valid and correspond with the service you want to use.


    2.4 You need to be 100% sure that the IMEI/MEID/SERIAL NUMBER you make a request is the same with the IMEI your phone has. We are unable to make a refund if the information you send us is incorect. Please make sure that all the information is correct before you press the Place Order button.


    2.5 If you managed to input wrong IMEI/MEID/SERIAL NUMBER in most cases you will get a code that is not good for you and you will not get a refund.


    2.6 The network of the phone needs to correspond with the service you want to use. Otherwise you will be charged for a service that won't help you. For iPhones you need to check with Apple GSX Report. We can't guarantee that the network is correct if you use Apple GSX Report service that is not from www.onlinegsm.com.


    2.7 The security of your phone needs to correspond with the service you want to use. Use Checkmend to make sure that your phone is CLEAN or BLACKLISTED. At the moment all UK services charge you if you place a BLACKLISTED phone on a CLEAN service. Make sure you check before you place order


    2.8 There are 2 types of ordering:


    (A) Without an account - All you need to do is find out all the important information about your phone and then select the services that you need. You may need to use several services depending on the quality until you get a positive response. After you selected your services you can proceed to checkout and pay using our possible payment methods available to you at that time (paypal, VISA, etc).


    (B) With an account - Accounts are for users that need our services constantly or they need to connect via API connection. After you register you will have access to the lower wholesale pricing. After you register you can add credits to your account with paypal with the ADD FUND feature from your account or by contacting our support. You don't need to pay every time you want to use a service after you have an account instead you will be deducted from your credits.


    3. RESULT


    3.1 When we get an answer from our supplier you will have "Success" or "Rejected" status on your order. "Success" orders will have information/code in the Code section. When we get the answer from our supplier you will receive and email with the status.


    3.2 If order is marked SUCCESS and your phone is not UNLOCKED, you need to press verify button on our server in the ORDERS HISTORY section with proof and we will pass that to our supplier and you need to wait for the order to process again or refund if the phone is not possible to unlock. If you are new unregistered user, you need to contact us via skype or email to verify the order for you. (whatsapp number: 0041774998230).


    4. DELIVERY TIME


    4.1 The delivery time displayed on our site is the average delivery time that we have advertised from our supplier. We can't guarantee that your order will be delivered in the exact time frame.


    4.2 Working days and working hours need to be taken in consideration when calculating your delivery time.


    4.3 If IMEI has "In Process" status it can't be canceled or refunded. Even if the order has delay we can't cancel or refund if the order has this status.


    4.4 Orders that have "Waiting action" status have not been send to supplier and we might be able to cancel them.


    5. REFUND POLICY


    CREDITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, you need to use your credits to buy unlocking services.


    5.1 If your phone could not be found in the database of the service you will be refunded automatically. In that case you need to see which other services are available for your phone model. Services that are more expensive are usually offering a higher success rate.


    6. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF:



    6.1 Any information about the order provided is incorrect. (Examples are as following and are Not limited to; the IMEI/MEID/SERIAL number, model, network of the phone, email address, and/or other relevant device information requested)


    6.2 The phone is hardlocked, meaning an incorrect unlock was previously used in an attempt to unlock the phone. If this is the case you have 0 attempts left to enter the code. Contact us first if you have a phone that has limited number of attempts and you are not sure of your phone's history.


    6.3 You used a similar service from a different source.


    6.4 Retrieval of the unlock code exceeded our stated average delivery time. In most cases we are very accurate or even faster with the delivery times, however there may be possibilities which causes a delay.


    6.4 Your device was successfully unlocked but the network you wish to use the phone on is not compatible. It is the buyers obligation to make sure the device you wish to unlock will be compatible with the SIM card and network you are trying use.


    6.5 The unlock code or database unlock has returned but you do not wish to unlock your phone anymore.


    6.6 The phone was already unlocked before placing this order, or if this phone was previously Hardlocked (0 attempts left to enter the code) before placing this order.


    6.6 You have used a factory service. Factory Services can't be refunded, codes work 99% of the time, but in the case your code does not work we can't give you a refund.

    7. GUARANTEE & RISK


    7.1 We can just ensure that you telephone is permanently unlocked, if the following criteria is met:


    (A) The IMEI/MEID/Serial number you gave to us when you requested is 100% right.


    (B) The Network Carrier Information you gave to us when you requested is 100% right.


    (C) The instructions we gave to you have been followed Precisely.


    (D) Your phone is not reported as blacklisted/lost/stolen.


    (E) Your phone is not hard-locked or has zero attempts left


    (F) The software of your telephone has never been modified, changed, altered, or messed around with.


    (G) The IMEI/MEID/Serial number of your phone has never been changed, modified, altered, or messed around with.


    (H) The phone has never experienced unsuccessful unlocks attempts previously.


    (I) The phone does not have any interior/outside mechanical defects which would prevent it to function properly.


    7.2 We are not responsible for any harms brought on to your telephone by you while attempting to unlock it.


    7.3 The unlocking procedures will be at your own risk after you used our services.


    7.4 Delivery of item(s) should not be processed until you have made full payment for the service we give.


    7.5 www.onlinegsm.com  might not be obligated for any conveyance default because of any circumstances outside our ability to control including, yet not restricted to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riots, strikes, lock‐outs, demonstrations of common or military powers, fire, flood, earthquake  or any occurrence of such nature.


     


    7. Likewise, www.onlinegsm.com might not be obligated for any technical difficulties, disappointments, power blackouts, systems for upkeeps, or any related server issues. We will always tell you in advance of any server issues we may experience.
